💳 Manage your subscription

All ARDraw subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple under your Apple ID. To view, change or cancel:

Cancelling during your 3-day free trial means you won't be charged. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period.

💸 Refund requests

Refunds are issued by Apple, not by Erkomobile. Submit a refund request at reportaproblem.apple.com. We're happy to assist if you have any trouble — just send us an email.

🛠️ Common issues

AR mode looks shaky or won't anchor

Make sure you're in a well-lit area with enough texture (a plain white wall can be hard for AR to track). Hold the phone steady for 1–2 seconds at the start. If problems persist, restart the app.

AI generation failed or is slow

AI generation requires an active internet connection. During peak times, generation may take a bit longer. If a prompt fails, try rephrasing or simplifying it.

Subscription not recognized

In ARDraw, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used at purchase.

Camera permission denied

Open iOS Settings → ARDraw → Camera and enable access. AR and Camera modes need camera permission to work.
