ARDraw Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how ERKOMOBİLE TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("Erkomobile", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects information in connection with the ARDraw mobile application and the website at ardraw.erkomobile.com (together, the "Service").
By using the Service you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information we collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate and improve the Service.
- Account & purchase data: we do not require an account to use ARDraw. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple; we receive a transaction identifier and entitlement status only.
- AI prompts: when you use "Create with AI", the text prompt and selected difficulty are sent to our processing partners to generate your line drawing. Prompts are processed transiently for safety filtering and generation.
- Camera & AR data: our AR/Camera modes process camera frames on your device in real time to align the drawing guide. Camera frames are not stored on our servers.
- Photos & saved drawings: if you save a drawing, it is stored locally on your device unless you choose to share it.
- Community submissions: if you tap "Submit to Community", the submitted line drawing and an anonymous identifier are uploaded to our servers for review and display.
- Diagnostics & analytics: aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (e.g. crashes, feature usage) help us improve the app. We use Apple's standard analytics frameworks; you can opt out in iOS Settings → Privacy → Analytics & Improvements.
- Device information: model, OS version, language and a non-personally-identifying device ID for diagnostic purposes.
We do not collect: your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, or precise advertising identifiers — unless you explicitly contact us by email.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Generate AI line drawings on your request.
- Process and validate subscription entitlements via Apple.
- Moderate community submissions and enforce our Terms.
- Diagnose crashes and improve performance.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (GDPR / KVKK)
We process personal data under the following legal bases: (a) performance of a contract (delivering the Service you request), (b) our legitimate interests (improving and securing the Service), (c) your consent (for optional features), and (d) compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing & sub-processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with trusted sub-processors strictly to operate the Service:
- Apple Inc. — App Store distribution, in-app purchases, push notifications.
- AI generation providers — to transform your prompt into a line drawing. Prompts are processed transiently and not used to train third-party models where contractually possible.
- Cloud hosting providers — to host community submissions and assets.
- Crash & analytics tooling — for aggregated diagnostics.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
6. International transfers
Some of our sub-processors operate outside Türkiye and the EEA. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by applicable law.
7. Data retention
- AI prompts: processed transiently and discarded shortly after generation.
- Community submissions: retained while published; removed on request.
- Diagnostic logs: retained for up to 90 days.
- Subscription/transaction records: retained as required by tax and accounting law.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and Türkiye KVKK), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Children's privacy
ARDraw is suitable for family use, but the Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents who believe their child has provided personal information may contact us for deletion.
10. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to keep your device updated and use a passcode.
11. Subscriptions
Subscription billing is managed entirely by Apple under your Apple ID. Erkomobile does not access or store your payment card information. See Terms of Use for full subscription details.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or on this page. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
